• Where do you ship?

• When do orders ship out? 

Within 2 business days.  If there are unforeseen delays, we'll let you know immediately.  

• How long are your shipping times?

When shipped in the US, we'll make every attempt to have products delivered to you within 3-5 business days.  If there are unforeseen delays, we'll let you know immediately.  Shipping time is calculated once the order has been fulfilled, not once the order has been placed.

• How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping in the US is always FREE.  We will be expanding to ship outside of the US soon.

• What if I order multiple products, is shipping still free?

Yes, if you live in the US, shipping is always FREE.  No matter how much you order.  We will be expanding to ship outside of the US soon.

• How do we ship multiple items? 

Observer Tools ships items as they are available. Therefore, you may receive more than one delivery if you purchase several items. Items that will ship separately include items that have different shipping methods and items that are not available on the same day of your order. 

• Can I return a shipment? 

Yes, products purchased online can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.  See our Refund Policy for more details.

• What is covered under your warranty?

Our Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty covers manufacturing defects for the life of the product.  See our Warranty Policy for more details.

• How do I submit a warranty request?

To submit a warranty request, click on Contact Us and explain your warranty request to us.  We’ll ask you to send us a proof of sale (confirmation email would work), images of the product and any additional details about the issue that we may need.  Next, we’ll ask you to ship the product and any accessories back to us.  Once we receive the product and we determine that your issue is approved under our Warranty, we’ll send you your new product.
